PEARL Field Trip: Deadline Reminder for Salish Sea Seaweed Exploration at Fort Worden April 20 & 21

Just a reminder that Saturday October 31st is the last day to enroll in the Salish Sea Seaweed Exploration field trip.

October 31st is also the deadline to drop this event without being billed. Payment for extras is due upon approval and non-refundable regardless of the date.

PEARL Field Trips 2026-2027

This spreadsheet has all the information you will need: title of the field trip, dates, costs,
enrollment deadline, which field trip coordinator is in charge of that field trip, etc.
● Each field trip will have an INFO SHEET that you can click on to get all the information.
● You will see a “REGISTER” link for each field trip. This is a quick form which you will fill
out for each student who wants to attend the field trip.
● If a field trip is full, you can click on the WAITLIST and sign up there, and Pamela/Ruth
will let you know if/when space is available.
● If you need to UNENROLL for some reason before the enrollment deadline, email
Pamela directly at pzelen@qsd48.org.
● Field trips will be added to this spreadsheet as they are finalized, and PEARL families will receive an email that a new field trip is open.
● Please be sure to watch enrollment deadlines. Once a deadline is passed, you will not
be able to unenroll, and your allocation will be charged. Payment for extras is non-refundable regardless of the date
