Erika, Weller

Hi, I'm Erika Weller. I've been teaching with the Pearl School since 2010 and very much enjoy my work. I have a Bachelor's degree in Russian, an ESL minor and certificate, and a Master's in Teaching. I am certified to teach 4-12 English, History, and Russian. Prior to teaching in Pearl, I taught for 3 years at Quilcene High School (English, history, yearbook) and for a semester at Kingston Jr. High. Within Pearl, I have been lead teacher for most of my time. I have taught Zoom Spanish, CodeQuest, and Writing.

My family and I live in Sequim, which is a wonderful place. My husband, Jim, teaches math at Quilcene High School, and has for over 25 years. We have 2 boys and 3 girls, with only one daughter left at home with us. I homeschooled a couple of my children at different times. 

This summer, two of our kids got married and one went on a mission. It's been an epic summer!
